We CAN do this! The Board of Fellowship/Outreach is starting a new monthly outreach project for needs in our community.  For January, we have selected The Veterans Outreach Center in Sioux Falls which serves veterans that are homeless or near homeless.  From Monday through Friday of each week, they provide a variety of services to our veterans—laundry facilities, shower and bathrooms, computer access for job searches, snacks, and housing referrals. They are in constant need of hygiene items such as toothpaste, toilet paper, shampoo, and foot powder. They also provide a meal at 11 a.m. each day from items donated by the community and always have the coffee going. We are asking for your support for these veterans by donating one of the hygiene items listed above during January.  We will have a tote in the narthex to collect these items.  On the last Sunday of January, the 27th, we are going to pass a can around at offering time and ask for a financial donation which we will use to purchase socks to be donated.  So clean the change out of your purse or car, get rid of those dollar bills that are taking up room in your purse or billfold, and support our veterans! Please contact Dan Paulson with any questions at 594-3165.

Joy Ranch: Middle School Gathering (7th & 8th). Fri., Mar 8, 7:00 p.m. – Sun., Mar 10, 11:00 a.m. Get ready for an adventure in faith in the new frontier of Joy Ranch. Stay in JR's Bunkhouse, enjoy Root-beer floats and games in the Thirsty Boot Saloon and hang out in Wild Bill's Game Room. You will be spending the weekend with the amazing Joy Ranch staff, adults from your church and peers from around South Dakota. You don't need to pack along your boots and cowboy hats for this wild west adventure, but they are certainly welcome.  Contact Jen if interested.  Deadline is at the beginning of Feb. Cost is $85.  Scholarships available if needed – See Jen.

Weekly bulletin mailing. If you know of someone who would like to receive our worship bulletin by mail on a weekly basis, please email the church office and we will put them on our weekly mailing list.
